Our Jack Mount Base is made for the Craftsman 4000 lb Model #50239 jack.

Includes an aluminum skid pan that bolts to the jack body, and a 1/8" thick steel cradle.

Our modification allows you to keep the factory wheels on your jack, which means you can use the jack on a hard or soft surface.
